MARKETING COODINATOR Contribution to MEDLOG CANADA MEDLOG is a one-stop shop for global inland solutions. We dedicate ourselves daily to be the most customer centric, reliable and resourceful logistics and supply chain provider, engaged in providing customizable logistics solutions in order to help our customers get their goods to market rapidly and, in a cost, effective manner. Position Summary We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to support in the execution of the marketing campaigns for MEDLOG in Canada across both digital and traditional marketing channels. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate with staff in other departments, ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery. Key Accountabilities Create and distribute key messages or content for corporate initiatives (campaigns, events, internal or external promotions) in a timely manner using appropriate distribution channels. Writing and proofreading copy across all digital channels including social media, website, and newsletter. Assist in delivering individual marketing campaigns, from contributing to initial design concepts to executing campaigns across digital channels including search and display campaigns. Liaising with internal and external teams and senior management. Adhere to our marketing strategy and content plan set out by the, the marketing team in New York and the leadership of MEDLOG Canada. Researching target audience by demographics, pinpointing their needs, and adapting campaigns accordingly. Reporting on campaign performance to senior managers and other internal stakeholders. Building and maintaining key relationships with marketing teams in Geneva and New York. Qualifications and Competencies All MEDLOG Canada employees are expected to exhibit the MSC Values, striving to drive customer centric results in all interactions with colleagues and customers alike. Degree in marketing, communications, or similar. Prior experience as a marketing coordinator (1 to 4 years max). Proficiency in digital marketing. Good command of English and French. A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in B2B marketing. Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing. Strong leadership and capacity development skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Respect for people and ideas.
