POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with outstanding organization and creativity, fantastic communication and excellent time management. This role will provide marketing support for all of ergoCentric’s brands and products. The role will be part of a dynamic team of professionals that work closely together to achieve marketing goals and the overall success of ergoCentric.

To ensure success, the Marketing Coordinator should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of creative marketing tools and techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities and mediums. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Standard Job Duties

· Work with the Creative and Marketing Team to create, update and publish various marketing collateral, such as price books, Information sheets, specification sheets, and bulletins.

· Work with internal and external contacts to gather and organize content for marketing collateral, including line drawings, specifications, translations, and images.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all product and procedure changes are published in a timely manner in all area’s pertaining to marketing.

· Monitoring and reporting of marketing campaign performance for outbound communications and advertisements.

· Monthly reporting on status of various marketing platforms, like website, e-commers store, and customer portals.

· Work with internal teams to optimize brand content & assets to present a consistent brand for ergoCentric across ergoCentric.com and eCommerce store front.

· Curate the DAM library to ensure all sales and dealer accessible resources are up-to-date and in accordance with the brand guidelines.

· Coordinate posting to social media accounts as needed.

· Coordinating with various departments to facilitate customers, dealers and sales reps’ requests, including digital assets and physical samples.

· Assisting with miscellaneous marketing and admin tasks like Customer Survey, Give aways, Sample requests, holiday cards, etc.

Requirements

§ Post-secondary education in Marketing or Business.

§ 1 – 3 years of marketing experience.

§ Ability to learn quickly and understand product knowledge.

§ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

§ Attention to detail.

§ Ability to multi-task efficiently.

§ Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills.

§ Good analytical skills.

§ A working Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, InDesign, Word and PowerPoint a plus.

§ Familiarity and experience using a DAM is a strong asset.
