Our unique capabilities, combined with our network of local manufacturing partners allow us to offer white glove service solutions for various partners needing customized, technical garments.

As Wuxly continues its growth as a leading Canadian brand, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a role in executing our marketing strategies to promote our brand, our products, and our Made in Canada manufacturing capabilities. We are looking for someone who is Humble, Hungry, and has Heart, and is able to wear multiple hats in an exciting, team oriented, start-up environment.

This role is a full-time, in-person role, that will report from Wuxly’s office/warehouse location at 1680 Courtneypark Drive East, in Mississauga.

What You’ll Get Up To:

  • Become subject matter expert and brand ambassador for Wuxly and all Wuxly products
  • Create and execute on the digital and physical creation of marketing assets for the various Wuxly business units, with focus on Wuxly’s Capabilities business arm
  • Implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Drive brand awareness and online presence through strategic digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Create and execute on the digital and physical creation of marketing assets for the various Wuxly business units, with focus on Wuxly’s Capabilities business arm
  • Act as a highly collaborative contributor and business partner, with a focus on providing high quality work, on deadline
  • Maintain strong, positive working relationships with all Wuxly business units and stakeholders, engaging them through the design process with brainstorming, creative briefs, options, and mock-ups to assist in achieving their desired results
  • Support the planning and execution (attend in person) 5-10 B2B global tradeshows per year
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Support the various Wuxly business unit initiatives as required
  • Additional responsibilities as the candidate and role evolve

Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • High level of proficiency in all Adobe Design Suite Programs
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2-5 years professional experience with a graphic design focus
  • College and/or University diploma or degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
  • Valid drivers licence with consistent access to a vehicle
