The Client The client is an award winning advisory group with over 25 years of working with a group of ultra-high net worth, and family office individuals. The group is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Edmonton and continue to expand plus contribute to existing programs. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. What you will achieve in this role Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business and social mission goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends Support the development and maintenance of internal marketing tools, including prospect databases Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy, and that of the social mission organization Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success Conduct research of market trends, client behaviour, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analysing and summarizing data Create digital communication content to connect with the brand’s audience Manage our groups relationship with our partners and vendors to ensure website media, copy, social media posts, and physical and digital assets are properly maintained Ensure the brand’s assets are being used correctly by team members Conceptualize, create, and design physical marketing material and collateral in line with branding guidelines Conceptualize, film, coordinate and edit videos to send to clients and/or post on our website Work with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard Plan meetings, events, and conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists Lead, photograph, and edit team group and individual photos Carry out full cycle marketing campaigns What you must bring to this role 2 years’ experience in marketing coordination or a similar role Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Experience using data analytics software for research, and measuring and evaluating the success of marketing activities Strong ability using the Adobe Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom, etc.) Strong Microsoft Suite Products skills Good understanding and ability to navigate website host platforms (WordPress, Digital Agent) Experience and interest using design, email software and marketing tools (Canva, Keynote, MailChimp, etc.) Has familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and can manage SEO/SEM Excellent communication and presentation skills Interest in photography and videography would be an asset Only those who are qualified will be contacted
