Job title: Marketing CoordinatorPosting Date:June 3, 2024Closing Date: June 21, 2024Job status: Temporary – Full-time (12 months contract)Number of position: 1Work status: Mobile, 3 days per week at your primary Bell location and the rest of the time at home or another approved locationLocation: 1755 Boulevard René-Lévesque East Nature and Scope As part of the Agency, the media planning and inventory management coordinator shall: Support for inventory reserved for Bell Media properties (assigning inventory, follow-up of various kinds) Produce various reports once campaigns are implemented Implement online campaigns and ensure follow-up Follow up on media spending/billing (internal and external) Monitoring the performance of the media campaign Manage material and traffic instructions (radio, TV, out of home, web) Media planning support (all platforms combined) Support to relationship marketing Any other support to the media team Knowledge and Skills Degree in marketing/communications or administration 1-3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of TV field and traditional/digital media Analytical mindset Comfortable dealing with numbers and details Familiarity with the functioning of commercial traffic an asset Aptitude with new technology and social media Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders with extremely tight deadlines, strong capacity to handle stress and demonstrated ability to adapt to changes Knowledge of English required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada #EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
