Job Title: Marketing and Communication Manager Location: Remote Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (full-time), or $40,000 - $50,000 per year (part-time) About Us:Founded in 2015, we are a pioneering education company dedicated to empoweringlearners by assisting them in passingtheir licensing examinations. Discover more at CleverOrca.com,StudentRDH.com and DentalToaster.ca. Job Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Communication Manager who canboth devise strategic plans and execute them meticulously. This role is crucialfor someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively roll uptheir sleeves to drive our marketing efforts across multiple brands. The idealcandidate will have an intuitive understanding of our target audience and aproven track record of executingmarketing strategies that resonate and engage. The majority of our sales are B2C. B2B (to school) sales is a small portion of our sales. Thefocus of this role is for our B2C segment. Responsibilities: · Lead the development and execution ofcomprehensive marketing strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. · Hands-on management of all marketingfacets including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, andcontent creation. · Focus on marketing channels that speaksto our audience (19-35, young adults, at school, or early in their careers). · Identified most importantchannel is social media. Influencer marketing, and the management of thecontent/influencers. · Conduct in-depth market and consumerresearch to continually refine our approach based on audience insights.We are a leading brand, however, we need to look at the shift in markets andcompetitors. Example: Kahoot and Quizlet, free platforms, are they a threat? Ifso, how we continue to differentiate ourselves? · Implement and optimize marketingcampaigns with a focus on tangible outcomes and performance metrics. · Manage branding. We have not put anywork into this. Example: Canva templates, colors on emails, etc. · Navigate and optimize SEO, leadgeneration, and other digital marketing tools to maximize reach and conversion. · Engage with customers and partners through in-person and online meetings to maintain a pulse onindustry needs and expectations.  · Seek partnerships with potentialsponsors, or brands/products that could complement our branding. For example,in dental hygiene, toothpaste companies, with giveaways, free samples, etc. forour audience. · Attend and network in conferences. · Negotiate with sponsors/partners, influencers etc. · Contact associations, meetings,conference and find opportunities to spread our message. Example: find dentalhygiene associations where the founder and speak. · Document (everything). Our whole team does that. Qualifications: · At least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing andcommunications, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. · Exceptional ability to execute projectseffectively, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines. · Innate understanding of customerbehavior and market dynamics. · Skilled in creating and leading a team,with a hands-on approach to all marketing tasks. · Strong analytical skills, able tointerpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. · Proficient in CRM, email marketing, SEO,and modern marketing tools. · Start-up like mentality: being nimble,fast, and growth focused. · Intuition ability to understand andconnect with our customers (19-35, mainly female).  · Can do attitude, help each otherattitude, I will try first attitude, not waiting attitude, focus on the 20%that moves the 80% attitude. · Proficient in using AI tools, such as ChatGPT. What We Offer: · New challenge: Founder/CEO is finalizing the editing of abook.
