Remx by Creative Layer is a blockchain-based social commerce platform where collectors can discover new artists and limited edition digi-physical drops every week and Collect2Earn crypto on select drops. We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about art and has a strong background in graphic design and marketing. The Marketing Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing artist relations and executing effective marketing strategies across email and social.What We Offer:A vibrant and creative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible remote work environmentAs a Marketing Assistant you will:Manage communications and build relationships with artists to support collaborative marketing efforts.Coordinate the transfer, organization, and storage of marketing materials.Work with CCO to produce compelling graphic content for marketing campaigns across various media platforms.Handle many aspects of email marketing from template design to tracking and analysing performance metrics.Prepare regular marketing reports for management that provide insights into campaign effectiveness.Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing and graphic design, especially developments related to web3 technologies.Support additional duties from the Product Design team as needed.Skills and Qualifications:Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.Basic understanding of blockchain, web3 and NFT’s.1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related area, with direct experience in graphic design, artist relations management is a bonus.Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc).Experience with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).Excellent written communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.Experience with web3 technologies including Farcaster is a plus.Why join?
