Under the guidance of our Vice President of Marketing, you'll spearhead initiatives that span the spectrum of business impact, from communications strategy to product marketing, digital marketing, and events planning.

Your canvas will be broad, as you craft and implement marketing endeavors targeting both B2B and B2C audiences, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You won't just follow a script; you'll co-author it, ensuring every communication resonates with our core behaviors and business objectives.

As a true Business Partner, you'll breathe life into our brand strategy, developing plans that not only promote awareness but also garner support for our rebranding efforts. Your knack for storytelling will shine as you mentor others in crafting compelling content across diverse channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice echoes through every medium.

You’ll also be instrumental in shaping experiences, overseeing the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and internal gatherings. Working collaboratively across the entire business you will be leading the execution to bring these things to life seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting B2B and B2C clients.
  • Drive awareness and support for our brand strategy through effective marketing plans.
  • Craft compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and sales materials.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing communications team, fostering growth and development
  • Manage the company's digital presence, optimizing for visibility and traffic.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and media partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
  • Enhance internal and external communication strategies.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading marketing and communications teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing principles and data analysis tools.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
