Become a valued member of our team as a Marketing and Communications Manager! This administrative role is essential in supporting our communications team with the development and execution of a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. You’ll be at the heart of our efforts, maintaining our diverse communication platforms, including social media marketing, website management, and creating engaging marketing materials. |
Responsibilities: |
- Coordinate and execute regular updates to various digital communications platforms.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread communications-related material, from verbal or written information.
- Create and modify documents using MS Office and Adobe PDF.
- Develop and maintain contact database systems.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Coordination of Marketing Requests, calendar, coordinating deliverable deadlines and external advertising (i.e. booking newspaper advertising, etc).
- Other duties as requested

Qualifications: |
- Relevant educational or employment experience.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp.
- Experience with social media marketing, Google Analytics, and/or content marketing.
- Post-secondary studies in digital media and/or marketing are considered an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office products, with emphasis on Word and Excel, is required.
- Proficiency in English language skills is required; proficiency in French and/or other languages is considered an asset
- Strong Organization and time management skills are essential
- High Level of digital literacy is essential (comfort with MS Office Suite and Social Media, with a capacity/interest in developing additional digital literacy skills)
- Strong communications skills, both verbally and written.
