Our team provides top-notch industry training who will help you grow as a professional in the industry.Our client in Automotive Manufacturing Industry looking for Manufacturing Process Engineer in the GTA Area.What you need to have:Bachelor degree in engineeringGood understanding in Pro-E, AutoCAD and Solidworks software3-5 years of related experience or equivalentStrong project management backgroundGood understanding of flat development methods, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, Metrology, and Statistical Process Control fundamentalsExperience in an industrial metal fabrication and assembly environmentRespect and understanding of the Customer/Supplier relationshipUse a logical approach to identifying and addressing problems and control weaknessesGood understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and applicationManage program to ensure that implementation and related activities are carried out in accordance with customer's specified objectivesPlans and develops methods and procedures for implementing program to include timing, concept, feasibility, design review, tooling/equipment, try- out, prototype, mass production parts, launch and final buy-off.Co-ordinates programs as per the APQP process and monitor the work associated resources during the project implementation.Tooling, assembly, manufacturing and production knowledge, aid and recommendation.Maintains/updating all related costs as per the program budgetPrepares and updates upper management team with program timing and any major issue that needs to be resolved.Enter the bill of material in MRP software and keep it updatedRelease First Article parts / PPAP parts prior to production and chasing them in shop floor.Must understand the six elements of the Quality System, Record Retention, Document Control, Non-conforming Material, Corrective Action, Preventative Action and internal audits as well as department procedures.In exchange for your efforts and success, we offer the following:-Competitive base salary-Fantastic work environment-Extended health careIf you are interested in this Manufacturing Process Engineer opportunity, please apply here.Get to know us because we want to know you.
