Prollenium provides competitive compensation, benefits and development opportunities.The Manufacturing Operator is a member of the manufacturing team who provides routine support to the Technologists in an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom environment and reports to the Manufacturing Lead.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to GMP and ISO13485 quality systemsPrepare the line clearance before and after productionPrepare the required materials for the batchesPrepare and set up the equipment for productionPrepare materials for filling process and set up tubs for filling and stopperingAssist in the cleaning process at the glass washing areaSet up trays for sterilizationSanitize equipment and unload products which have been sterilizedADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Other duties as assignedParticipation in weekly operations meetingsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Technical Knowledge/ExperienceHigh School diplomaExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBehavioralDemonstrated ability to apply the following behavioral competencies on the job:Teamwork: Working effectively and productively with others.Written Communication: Writing clearly, succinctly and understandablyOrganization and Planning: Utilizing logical, systematic and orderly procedures to meet objectivesFlexibility: Agility to adapt to changeWORKING CONDITIONS:Requirement to work in clean room areas and laboratory setting up to 90% of the time.
