We prideourselves in our customer focus, team approach and innovative solutions.We invite applications for the following position:Manufacturing Engineer/Technician (Dauphin, MB)Job Summary:The Manufacturing Engineer/Technician is responsible for providing production with the tools and guidance tomanufacture products that meet customer requirements.Responsibilities Include:- Provide shop floor drawings and specifications based on customer requirements- Work with shop floor personnel to facilitate efficient production- Communicate with customers regarding suggested design changes and technical questions- Maintain production records in ERP software- Design tools/fixtures to facilitate fabrication and ensure quality of production parts- Create production processes that incorporate safety, quality and productivity- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and special projectsQualifications and Skills:- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar program- Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment- Experience with CAD and ERP software- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as a team member- Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision- Experience with email and Microsoft Office products- Aptitude and willingness to learn ERP software- Present a professional image, attitude and behaviourWork Schedule:- 10 hours/day, Monday to Thursday (overtime as required)Email resume to employment@ritzmachine.com
