Job Description
Overview: The primary responsibility of a Manufacturing Assembly Integration and Test Engineer is to devise and execute integration and test flow plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integration and test flow plans.
- Create assembly and integration plans at both subsystem and system levels.
- Craft MAIT flow plans and storyboards.
- Formulate test plans and procedures.
- Generate production orders for building and testing.
- Identify necessary resources and skills, and manage their coordination and scheduling according to MAIT flow plans.
- Define mechanical and electrical/electronic support equipment for all phases of AIT integration tasks.
Skills:
- Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Collaboration-oriented with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sketching, engineering drawings, and basic computations.
- Capability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Previous experience with engineering-related computer applications and software, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
Education/Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory.
