What is the opportunity?

The Managing Director, Corporate & Investment Banking Finance Performance Management provides leadership for financial planning, forecasting, and measurement of financial performance for the Corporate & Investment Banking business line, acting as the key Finance relationship manager for the C&IB leadership team. Manages a team of directors, senior managers, and managers by providing financial and people resource guidance.

What you will do?
  • Produce thorough, accurate and timely budget and expense management reports for the organization.
  • Support the annual budgeting process including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business.
  • Analyze and interpret financial information for planning and control purposes.
  • Oversee and evaluate the activities of the finance staff, and providing guidance for their professional development.
What you need to succeed?

Must Have
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Strong background in forecasting, planning & financial analysis
  • Detailed understand of Capital Markets industry and products
  • Experience in capital management, liquidity, and funding management
  • Ability to organize large groups of senior executives and steer conversations for decision-making
