Kensington Tours, part of the Navigatr Group family, is in search of a Manager, Villas Procurement. In this role, you will spearhead Kensington Tours' global villa market presence, forging new partnerships and collaborating with other teams as a villa expert. Drawing on your in-depth knowledge of the Kensington Tours brand and standards, you will oversee all aspects of home acquisition and market success, supply lead generation and conversion, product onboarding and partner relationship management. By working closely with product, sales, and operations teams, you will contribute to the development of localized processes, ensuring sustained market growth and success.

  • Design and execute highly effective supply acquisition activities across targeted regions to achieve revenue and acquisition goals, ensuring efficiency and tangible outcomes.
  • Generate and convert leads for new supply through virtual and in-person meetings, participation in relevant events, marketing efforts, and other innovative strategies.
  • Negotiate partnership contracts, ensuring terms and conditions and commissions are ideal for departmental growth.
  • Manage existing partner relationships and serve as a resource to maximize partner satisfaction.
  • Act as the villa expert for the broader organization, providing insights on destination details and property-specific information. Collaborate with other teams to address immediate needs and ensure long-term success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize performance in specific markets.

Who you are and what you've accomplished:

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner management, and/or project management. Experience in the vacation rental industry, real estate, or travel/tourism is desired.
  • Demonstrate creativity, organization, and analytical thinking, with a track record of structuring and executing market programs that yield results.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships, source new leads, and manage existing relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep local knowledge of global destinations and an extensive network.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling clear articulation of vision, strategy, ideas, and decisions.
  • Capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • A charismatic self-starter with resourcefulness and self-sufficiency.
  • Passion for travel and an appreciation for luxury services and goods.
