Position Summary Reporting to the Project Director, the Manger of Change Leadership will be responsible for design, development and leadership of the implementation of MEDITECH expanse project. They will work with every team in the organization, with multiple deliverables including team assessments, readiness, preparedness, training, and evaluation. Primary Responsibilities Primary responsibility will be working as part of the Organizational Development team to create and implement change management plans and strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to Meditech Expanse Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of the change. Apply a structured methodology and lead all change management activities within the organization. Facilitate the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives by preparing stakeholders for the change, defining the desired future, anticipating potential reactions for the project, anticipating sources of resistance and barriers to change, and developing mitigation resources, tools and tactics. Implementing a Communications Plan that identifies target audiences, identifying what support, resources and tools are needed to facilitate stakeholders through the transition. Anticipating the systemic impact of emergent issues. Work with leadership to implement change and advise on Organizational Development initiatives, including strategic and operational change management, team effectiveness, leadership, and professional development. Provide assessment and recommendations to stakeholders throughout with respect to aligning department or project-specific initiatives with organizational culture, norms, leadership practices and BCHS Mission, Vision, Values, and strategic directions. Develop and implement supports, projects, and interventions based on high return on investment, aligning with BCHS values and strategic directions. Interview client(s) and assess, then monitor, for readiness and commitment to change and address challenges revealed during the consulting process. Directs and champions cross-organizational projects of high complexity in support of longer-term organizational and regional goals, defining success measures and deliverables Analyzes data/trend information, identifying and recommending possible improvement/study areas, and the impact of their implementation, e.g. tracking on project timelines and deliverables Develops and implements Change Management Program policy, process, and standards across the region; Provides leadership, coordination and oversight in the delivery of strategic solutions which are made up of multiple projects running in parallel; Provides recommendations on emerging trends/technologies, developing and presenting business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, for approval and leading their implementation Mandatory Qualifications Effective September 7th, 2021, all applicants must provide proof of two doses for full vaccination against Covid-19 (in the form of watermark receipts from the provincial portal) or provide written proof of a medical or religious reason for not being fully vaccinated as per Organization Policy, Covid-19 Immunization and Management. Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience Certification from the Project Management Institute required, with specific certification in Change Management and Adoption A minimum of 5 years of recent experience within organization development, leading organizational-wide projects that support and enhance performance, engagement, and sustainable change. Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is considered an asset.
