Optimizing mission-critical and day-to-day enterprise IT operations, CloudPSO enables businesses to transform, innovate and scale.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and application functionality.Create and manage automated test suites, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate effectively with development teams to facilitate issue resolution.Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for automated testing.Participate in test planning, strategy development, and test case design.Perform regression testing and ensure test environments are properly configured for various scenarios.Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation and apply them to our processes.Contribute to improving the overall QA process, including strategy, documentation, and tools.RequirementsIt is a work from home position for candidates based in Vancouver.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in managing large QA teams, including remote and distributed remote teams.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and tools.Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
