Job Description

Oversees end to end delivery of cross functional programs and projects. Maintains Freedom enterprise project roadmap. Bridges gaps between IT/Technology and business leadership. Leader of the project management team. Leads the Project Prioritization Process

  • Project manages high visibility cross functional projects
  • Negotiates between senior business and IT leadership
  • Direct, Mentor & supports team members to achieve world class performance

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years expertise in managing diverse teams, including QA, UAT, Test Automation, Pricing & Promotion implementation. Typically in a mature company each of these teams would have their own leader/manager. The ideal candidate would have spent several years in a succesful startup, where have managed mulitple teams.
  • Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleages and team members
  • Builds and manages a high performing team
  • Expertise in managing outsourced vendors
