WHAT YOU WILL DO The primary functions of this position is to provide management support for all aspects of parts pricing, parts pricing competitiveness and revenue optimization. Support department management in analysis and enhancement of pricing and profitability strategies as well as analysis reporting. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Manage the area of parts pricing, pricing competitiveness and profitability Manage the Analysis, coordination and direct parts and accessory pricing to ensure competitive pricing and positive consumer image and retention. Manage analysis and coordination of pricing policies and make recommendations as well as maintains internal policy and procedures related to pricing function. Manage the design, modification and prepare sales analysis reports and parts pricing studies Manage competitive price survey program (Eucon Surveying) Manage all pricing approval functions Create and manage Mobis invoicing process for in-house management (currently managed by Mobis) Manage wholesale and collision program platforms Manage the Collision Care Program Manage specialist supply, backorder and recall/campaign management functions Support the RPSM team and field required reporting WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Completion of an undergraduate degree…or an equivalent combination of experience and education 5-7 years relevant experience in team coordination and project management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel. Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of Canadian automotive market. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
