Leading the project accounting function including month-end, financial and management reporting • Prepare year-end financial reports for annual financial statements, tax filings, and external auditors • Review monthly budget and job cost reporting, cash management, and full cycle of accounts payable • Respond to inquires from vendors and ensure accuracy of construction progress billing • Monitor cash position of projects and coordinate release of payments to vendors Experience at the Senior Accountant or Manager level • Accounting experience the real estate industry Canadian Accounting Consultants is a specialized recruiting firm focused exclusively on the placement of CPAs in the Greater Toronto Area.
