As Marketing Strategy Manager, your role is to lead a team of professionals in their mission to align and coordinate the marketing vice presidency in their most important strategic decisions and actions. Specifically, you will support the key pillars of the team: developing, managing the transversal marketing plan and monitoring results, conducting fact-based strategic reflections, and supporting implementation on key dossiers. You will develop a high-performance team and empower them to show analytical rigour, stakeholder management, process management and communications skills. You will develop relationships that foster alignment within our Vice-Presidency, with the Business Sectors we support and with our various partners. You will act as the voice of our Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Client (B2C) members, clients, agents, in all you do. More specifically, you will be required to:
Oversee the creation of and drive buy-in for a transversal Marketing Plan, centered around individual and B2B clients with a diverse group of offerings and distribution models
Dynamically manage the execution of the current year marketing plan and monitor results
Oversee initiation and execution of strategic reflections, allowing Marketing and Business leadership to align around solid, fact-based decision and mobilize the organization for change
Oversee pragmatic implementation support in close collaboration with Marketing Center of Expertise
Ensure our organization is fully aware of key trends, innovations and competitor moves in our various markets
Build and develop an engaged and high-performance team, generating an internal reputation for strategy best practices, marketing savvy, and excellence in stakeholder management
Develop relationships and coherence throughout the marketing value chain, with other marketing teams outside our vice-presidency and with business partners
Ensure adherence and support to organizational priorities including security of information, mastery of operations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
A minimum of ten tears of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Strategy experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients.
Knowledge of Marketing (Canadian market/national), agency
Knowledge of marketing plan (including budgets)
Knowledge of our various business sectors: Property and Casualty Insurance
