To achieve this mission, we’re looking for a Manager of Marketing Automation to join the Boreal team. This person will lead all of our data-driven decision making and pioneer our automation efforts across all of our campaigns. This will directly impact our ability to help our students and fuel our growth in 2024 and beyond. We’re leading the Canadian post-secondary sector to create and market online programs that put the learner at the centre and transform communities along the way. This role helps us accomplish that collective mission. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation expert to join our growing team. As the Manager of Marketing Automation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing automation strategies to drive student enrolment and engagement. You will leverage your expertise in marketing technology and analytics to enhance our digital marketing efforts and improve overall marketing effectiveness. You will make an impact by: Developing and implementing marketing automation strategies and communications to engage students at optimal points along their learning journey through the most effective channels, segments, design and messaging. Creating, managing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including dynamic email and text campaigns. Owning the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to segment and target audiences, personalize content, and enhance lead nurturing. Ensuring marketing automation processes and workflows are streamlined and adhere to our privacy policies. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on messaging, design and outcomes.We are looking for someone who has: Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, preferably in the higher education industry. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly Pardot) and experience with audience segmentation and targeting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for e-mail and campaign design.
