These services include content development, LMS admin, scheduling, and event management, learning and technology consultancy and Learning Advisory services.To further strengthen the partnership and build a strong trusting working relationship and achieve enhanced learning outcomes, NIIT wishes to recruit two Learning Services Consultants to work closely with the Client in Perth and Brisbane. This will provide greater customer and L&D support and immediacy for stakeholders, be an additional local point of contact for projects, new requirements, and any customer service issues, and provide advice and guidance to the client teams to help develop the required skills to support their business outcomes.They will also develop an in-depth understanding of the Client’s HR and L&D strategies, augmented with regular site visits, and interacting regularly with NIIT’s teams to enhance the overall partnership with the Client.Learning Services Consultant will work closely with the client stakeholders to “triage” requests through a training needs analysis approach and provide advice on learning options through a range of learning and development solutions (to include content development across all modalities, content curation, learning technology solutions, facilitation and training services and learning admin solutions).TheLearning Services Consultant will be proactive and work with the requestor to ensure the solution meets the underlying learning and business needs.NIIT teams in other locations, they will facilitate the design and delivery of high-quality learning outcomes for the client’s Product Group, and Functions. They will ensure that the learning projects are completed and delivered in such a way that they meet the agreed business objectives.The learning project will have different learning requirements, budget restraints, source materials, and SME availability.The Learning Services Consultant will leverage their instructional design experience and learning background to ensure that the solution is commercially robust and delivers the agreed business outcomes.The Learning Services Consultant will be proactive and work with the requestor to ensure the solution meets the underlying learning and business needs.Will be responsible for developing and attending partner review presentations and meetings, including identifying continuous improvement opportunities and insights into best practices and the rectification of any service issues.Will be required to understand all NIIT’s services, to be able to provide a holistic solution to client is learning and business needs.addition, they will provide regular updates on best practices from across NIIT’s client base and the industry and leverage NIIT’s existing Webinars and communications across the Client community.Will report to NIIT’s Delivery Manager based in Ireland and work closely with NIIT’s content, managed services operations and technology teams and Learning Advisors.Key Skills and QualificationsA degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of Instructional Design, 5 years + Learning Consultancy, project management, and senior stakeholder experience in the training industry, having worked with large companies or training suppliers.Will have proven communication skills and be able to deal with learners at all levels of seniority, along with a track record in stakeholder engagement, governance, and management.Must have performed a role in either an instructional design and development role or learning advisory and consultancy, for a minimum of 5 years.Should have experience delivering solutions through various mediums, including digital learning, VILT and ILT, and VR, including both custom-designed and off-the-shelf courses.Will have gained a working understanding of developing curriculums against business and learners’ capability needs.Should be familiar with LMS and technology systems, preferably Cornerstone on Demand and Learning Experience Platforms.Understand learning operations, including LMS admin, scheduling, and event management.Will be able to work in a matrix reporting structure, working with both NIIT’s learning delivery practices, along with L&D teamsNeeds to have a proactive approach to delivering solutions, be innovative and challenge as required.Customer-focused and commercially aware to deliver outstanding results.Will be a self-starter and rapidly gain an understanding of the client’s business and learning imperatives.Qualification or accreditation in a learning or training association is an advantage.** NIIT is an equal-opportunity employer.
