Planned Giving  Work closely with the Senior Manager, Integration Direct Marketing to develop and manage Lead Generation and Stewardship multi-channel campaigns for the Planned Giving program. Monitor campaign schedules and budgets to ensure organizational fundraising goals are met. Manage external agency responsible for campaign development, including liaising with internal stakeholders, writing project brief, gathering content inputs, coordinating review and approval of artwork drafts, and overseeing production. Manage relationship with external vendor including ongoing performance, escalating when appropriate. Manage data requests, criterium and transfer for campaigns with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely delivery. Work closely with Philanthropy Marketing Operations to ensure that program needs are met in terms of proper tracking and coding for campaigns, as well as accuracy of entry. Actively seek new opportunities to identify new prospects for Planned Giving, or engage Planned Giving Confirmed Expectancies in other ways (e.g., Stewardship). Responsibility 2. Donor Retention  Work closely with the Senior Manager, Integration Direct Marketing to manage the retention and engagement strategies for key donor groups including the creation of assets and deployment of touchpoints. Manage the timelines and processes to develop, create, and launch retention efforts with internal stakeholders and with external agency partners on time and on budget. Lead the content development creation for monthly retention efforts with external agencies and internal stakeholders by writing and submitting project briefs, gathering content and input, and overseeing the review, approval and production of assets. Work closely with Customer Experience and Monthly Giving teams to ensure monthly retention program metrics are monitored and properly track as needed for reporting. Work closely with Customer Experience and Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to continually improve coordination, information sharing, and development of new opportunities to support donor retention. Supporting Senior Manager, Integrated Direct Marketing and Customer Experience in researching and mapping out key donor journey touchpoints to improve overall donor experience. Responsibility 3. Digital & Direct Marketing  In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Integrated Direct Marketing and Director, Direct Marketing & Support Direct Marketing channel teams in the creation of data pull requirements, submission of data requests, and the development of campaign codes and tracking needs (e.g., data matrices). Work closely with the Senior Manager, Integrated Direct Marketing to create integrated campaign reporting and insights development. Maintain and disseminate Integrated and Direct Marketing updates and reporting depository with internal stakeholders through regular communication and hosting bi-weekly check-ins. In collaboration with Senior Manager, Integrated Direct Marketing and Director, Direct Marketing & Integration, manage special projects aimed at promoting channel integration and creating efficiencies in operations. What we are looking for : Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline from a recognized academic institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Fund Development. Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, direct marketing or equivalent experience in a complex environment, preferably within charitable sector. Ability to work independently, move projects from conceptual stages to launch, and handle multiple and often competing deadlines. General understanding of how to analyze, interpret and infer insights from data to further campaign success. Experience with CRM/databases is an asset. Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira, Basecamp, Monday.com). Demonstrated ability to produce program and project documentation, such as strategy documents, creative briefs, project plans, KPI reports. Excellent computer skills including proficiency using MS Office and extensive knowledge of Excel. Ability to deal calmly with pressure and deadlines and to communicate with diplomacy in all scenarios.
