Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company looking for their next great manager FP&A with experience in leading a small team. Very strong with technology and data. Someone able to translate the more complex financial issues into simple presentations. Reporting to the head of finance and accounting you will oversee the budget process, follow up on production and closely analyze client demand to optimize output for maximum financial efficiency. Must have experience in a manufacturing environment,Must have experience in managing people and executive-level presentations.The position is 100% On-SIte if you are interested contact me right away at alexander.masny@randstad.caAdvantagesbase salary $110-130Kannual bonus 10%group insuranceRRSP contribution 3+ weeks vacation ResponsibilitiesClient Demand Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client demand patterns to understand market trends, anticipate future demands, and align manufacturing strategies accordingly.Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that are closely aligned with client demand forecasts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management.Manufacturing Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimizing manufacturing processes based on client demand insights, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.Cost Management: Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality and meeting client expectations.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor manufacturing performance against client demand forecasts, providing timely insights to drive decision-making.Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans that incorporate client demand trends, ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Qualificationsmin 7 years experience in FP&A ( ideally with some supervisory exp) Bachelors in finance or accountingMBA, CFA or CPA ( an Asset ) Experience in Manufacturing Strong communications skills IStrong technology side ( Excel, Acces, SQl-Cube, etc. )SummaryIf you think this is for you then contact me right away at alexander.masny@randstad.caLet's make it happen Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
