Our GTA renowned industry leading client is looking to add a Manager, Finance to their growing team. The Manager, Finance will support the head office Finance team withinvestment management including: acquisitions, divestitures and developments as outlined below:
The main responsibilities for the Finance Manager include the following;
- Manage investment assets including stakeholder reporting and internal management reporting
- Support various M&A activities including due diligence
- Undertake financial planning & analysis (FP&A) responsibilities including budgets, forecasts and asset valuation models
- Support ad hoc systems and operational projects
To be considered for the role, our client is looking someone with the following skills/qualifications;
- CPA, CA designationwith a preference for candidates with public accounting experience (i.e. external audit)
- 6+ years work experience commensurate with the tasks above including 2+ years managerial experience
- Blend of FP&A experience including review of valuations and budgets and investment transactionexperience including due diligence
- Strong systems skills including MS Office and any large ERP system
