Job Description

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Facilities, this role will provide effective leadership for overseeing both capital projects and maintenance operations within our facilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between the facilities teams’ functions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong aptitude in project management, with a history of delivering projects punctually and within budgets.Exceptional communication skills for collaboration and reporting.Background in budgeting and financial analysis is an asset.Technical proficiency in base building systems and facilities management best practices.Understanding of project management and reporting software/tools.Demonstrated collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.a comprehensive understanding of facilities managementa proven track record in project management and facility maintenance operations.strong leadership skillsPhysical requirementsExtended walking and sitting.Able to climb stairs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering.P.
