Job Description
Reports to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Key Responsibilities Develop and update stress testing models Ensure accuracy in predicting portfolio migrations over time and capturing the nuances of BAU and stress scenarios Contribute to the redevelopment of models and Model Risk Framework, primarily focused on Credit Risk Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program Lead the development of the quarterly Chief Risk Officer Report to the Risk Committee of the Board Provide oversight and effective challenge to ensure that enterprise risks across the organization are being effectively managed Develop and implement ERM frameworks, methodologies, policies, and procedures Ensure that all elements of ERM framework is developed incorporating best practices Implement enterprise risk reporting and dashboards to support risk governance, including development of metrics Collaborate and influence across the organization to help build awareness and capabilities in the areas of ERM Identify and implement efficiencies within the risk management framework and processes Support implementation of ERM systems and tools to support an integrated view of risk, enhance risk reporting and ensure consistency in risk practices Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization Support the creation of risk appetite statement, metrics and related reporting Education, Skills and Experience 5 to 7 years experience in leading enterprise/operational risk management in financial services University degree in Finance, Business or a related field Strong experience in scenario analysis and stress testing Excellent knowledge and background in risk and controls Expertise with enterprise/operational risk management principles, methodologies and best practices Experience with business intelligence tools; PowerBI is an asset Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong relationship management and thought leadership skills
