Success Manager Jobs in Canada Job DescriptionLive Assets | IT Staffing Solutions is hiring aClient Relationship and Service Managerfor our client. The Client Relationship and Service Manager will be required to facilitate the successful deployment of Newport to new clients and maintain ongoing high-level real-time coverage, which will be key to building and maintaining successful relationships with our clientsKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the pre-sales process of requirement discovery and articulation of customer needs as it relates to the ITS product offering.You will be responsible for the project management and deployment ITS offerings, working closely with internal product and development teams to ensure a comprehensive and complete delivery within required timelines.You will be responsible for providing comprehensive ongoing product coverage to ITS clients based in the Americas region, but will be expected to organize and communicate effectively with ITS personnel in other regions to ensure seamless global support is made available.You will be required to respond quickly and manage communications with clients on sensitive issues, in some cases within timescales prescribed by specific SLAs.You will need to be familiar with all aspects of Newport and its supporting infrastructure and ensure your knowledge is maintained as the product evolves.
