A career as Manager, CIAM Project Support at National Bank means having a positive impact on our organization, by optimizing the use of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) services in the company's business and IT strategy.

  • Supervise a team of multidisciplinary analysts to guide them in implementing best practices and analytical skills (business, process, functional, quality assurance) in their support of business and IT projects related to the use of services Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).
  • Maintain the “client-supplier” relationship with business and IT partners of the CIAM sector aiming to optimize demand management and prioritization.
  • Contribute to the overall planning of CIAM initiatives, including the implementation of new services and the integration of business projects into these services.
  • Promote a “shift-left” approach by integrating security, quality assurance and customer experience from the initial phases of projects while respecting their alignment with CIAM and IT norms, standards and guidelines.
  • Work in close collaboration with the POs, architects and CIAM delivery squads in the definition and operationalization of the solution meeting the needs of the projects.
  • Plan, execute and monitor the progress of the team's analysts' work in CIAM delivery activities and evaluate the team's individual and collective performance.
  • Support the development of the business and functional skills of team members and the evolution of the roles and contributions of CIAM analysts to increase the impact, autonomy and productivity of the team.
  • Strengthen a culture of engagement and collaboration, while challenging the needs, proposed solutions or status quo.

Prerequisites

  • Significant experience of at least five years in management and strategic leadership roles in the IT field, demonstrating a strong ability to inspire and supervise members of a team of IT or business analysts.
  • More than ten years of relevant experience in IT delivery with significant experience in digital customer transactional solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of best practices in business and functional analysis and quality assurance.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, and more particularly of the CIAM sub-domain, related to the management of identities, profiles and customer access to digital transactional applications.
  • At least five years of experience in executing large-scale IT initiatives, with excellent skills in planning, guiding, prioritizing and coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong ability to manage business and IT stakeholders (management of expectations, continuous alignment in demand management, resolution of delivery issues, etc.).
