Manager, Campaign and Major Gifts – ST. JOSEPH’S HEALTH CENTRE FOUNDATION
St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation Guelph is seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic leader, who is passionate about healthcare philanthropy, to join our team as the new Manager, Campaign and Major Gifts.
Reporting to the VP, Development, this unique and newly created position will work collaboratively with the CEO and VP, Development to provide leadership and support to the entire foundation team to achieve the revenue targets of a historic and comprehensive multi-million dollar fundraising campaign for St. Joseph’s Health Centre.
As an experienced, strategic relationship builder and connector, the Manager will confidently manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors. They will develop inspiring, individualized major gift proposals designed to align philanthropic goals with Campaign projects. The successful candidate will be welcomed by our high-performing team of five and will be a proactive team player who enthusiastically takes the initiative in an environment where everyone is committed to being flexible and shifting priorities and deliverables as needed. Salary Range: $75,000 – $87,500

This is a full-time, permanent position based on 37.5 hours per week. The target salary range is $75,000 – $87,500 and includes a generous benefits package and one of the best defined pension plans in Ontario (HOOPP).
