Job Description
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 6-month assignment at their Saskatchewan location. If you have experience working in residential property management or a hotel, own your own basic tools and are willing to relocate, this may be a great opportunity for you. You must have a valid driver's licence and a vehicle for transportation and the client will provide you with a free apartment for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to resident issues and service requests
- Perform general maintenance to properties including light and heavy maintenance
- Execute plumbing, carpentry, painting and basic electrical repairs
- Maintain clean and tidy properties, ensuring interior and surrounding grounds are kept in excellent condition
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine repairs or preventative maintenance
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years maintenance or related experience
- Must be willing to relocate to a small town for 6 months
- Must have a valid driver's licence and their own vehicle
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Provide two references
