So, if you know where you’re headed, we have the training and career development to help you get there .Job DescriptionWe are seeking full time, permanent personnel to add to our Building and Property Maintenance team at our Mississauga Trucking Hub.These positions are typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts, includinga thirty minute break mid day. However, the position will require some flexibility in hours and days of work, depending on weather conditions, and other emergency situations.QualificationsPrior experience in the following will be considered:Operation of lift trucks, snow plows, loaders, salters, etc.Maintenance and repair of dock levelersPlumbing, including installation of fittings, drains, sinks, pipes, etc.Experience in the maintenance of HVAC, Radiant Heat and ventilation equipment.Drywall repair/replacement; painting, installation of ceiling tiles, etc.Repairs and maintenance of chain link fence and fence posts, etc.General Building and Grounds maintenanceThe starting wage is between $25.00 - $30.00 /hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
