Maintenance ProfessionalHands on maintenance tech able to service, maintain and support efficient operation of food facility. Job will includes entire maintenance cycle from installation and operation to PM and sanitation where required.Main DutiesOrganize, Plan and Execute all work assigned and requiredSelf directed and team coordinationDirect Sanitation team where requiredHACCP, WHIMS other regulatory certificationsPerform basic maintenance tasks and intermediate troubleshooting on all plant equipmentStock and inventory controlWorking ConditionsFood manufacturing environment – wet or damp floor, noise below 85 decibels, greasy equipment/toolsTemperature ranges from 4 degree Celsius to -18 degree CelsiusOccasional requirement to perform duties and responsibilities outside regular hoursEducationHigh school or equivalentCollege or Trade school is preferredFood handling certification will be as assetPallet moving equipment certificationDrivers license G with Z endorsement
