$75,000 - $85,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits & LTD + 3 Weeks' Vacation + 6 personal days

You will be joining an established Real Estate Investment and Property Management company of purpose built rentals in the Greater Toronto Area. They oversee every aspect of their buildings, from construction and design to property management, with a focus on creating vibrant, sustainable communities. Your new role

You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the property. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff and 3rd party contractors, scheduling repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing tenant requests. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s functionality and tenant satisfaction.


What you'll need to succeed

3 - 4 years of experience in commercial or residential building operations & 1- 2 years of supervisory experience required. Building Environmental Systems (BES) Operator Class 1 and 2 is an asset. Previous experience in construction, HVAC & plumbing is preferred. Knowledge of computerized maintenance programs (CMMS) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform building repairs and knowledge of construction.

Knowledge of the Ontario Fire Code, Building Code, Canadian Electrical Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and other relevant legislation including “Confined space” entry procedures and relevant testing equipment.

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.


What you'll get in return

Annual base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits & LTD + 3 weeks' vacation + 6 personal days.
