Job Description:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of electromechanical technicians to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, taking production schedules into account, to ensure continuous equipment availability.
Efficiently allocate human and material resources to meet maintenance needs effectively.
Identify and promptly resolve equipment breakdowns and malfunctions, minimizing production downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular reports on equipment performance and maintenance indicators.
Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Profile:
College or university degree in industrial mechanics or a related field.
Significant experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in emergency situations.
Proficiency in French.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to occupational health and safety.
