What we are looking for:

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
• Previous duty technician experience.
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• The ability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including early mornings and on weekends.

What you will be doing:

• This position is responsible for all maintenance issues within the Hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating projects.
• Assist the Chief Engineer manage projects including repairs and replacement of plant and equipment including refrigeration, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
• Manage contractor work requests, inductions and follow up on all work assigned.
• Implement systems to manage risk and environmental impact effectively.
• Train and develop members of the Engineering team.
• Prioritize job requests, assign tasks to team and follow up on completed jobs as required.
