As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will focus on organizing, prioritizing, and executing on plant maintenance repairs, reliability improvements, and capital projects. Come join our community of solvers!What Youll Do:Accountable for scheduling, prioritization and execution of preventative maintenance, routine maintenance and all capital projects managed at the location.Utilization of skills/ knowledge to promote reliability improvement and team development.Serve as site contact for all capital projects and monitor / manage progress to ensure projects are completed safely, within allotted time, and budget parameters.Participate as a key member of the Location Management Team. Ensure completion and updating of appropriate records, documents, and/or reports (e.g. standard operating procedures, permits, inventory, quality records, training manuals etc.).Implement and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement.Coordinate and mentor site in business planning development and review for assigned areas, including establishing a five-year capital plan, including defined project scope and projected cost. Also, responsible for establishing a three-year maintenance plan and estimated costs.Lead the assigned team in developing resource plans for shift and/or seasonal labor needs.Lead the maintenance team and be accountable for their annual personal goal setting as well as their work performance.Lead the planning of off-season maintenance to ensure critical and non-critical equipment is serviced or replaced.Supports business improvement projects.QualificationsWhat Skills You Need:Bachelors degree Engineering or related subject matter preferred4-5 years of industrial maintenance experience 1-3 years of leadership experience (leading processes, programs, or supervisory experience considered)Capital Project Management experiencePLC Programming and Electrical knowledgeExcellent Communication skills including presentation skillsProblem solving, troubleshooting skills and analysis skillsCommitted to safe work behaviorsComputer skills – efficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)What Makes You Stand Out:SAP experienceLEAN/SMED, Six Sigma experience
