OverviewAs the Senior Millwright / Maintenance Supervisor for our multi-process plant operating across 3 shifts with a team of 60 employees, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment used in galvanizing, coating, dipping, and plating processes.Day shift433A Millwright license is a MUSTPrevious experience as a maintenance supervisor/team lead would be an assetchemical batch processingResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead and manage a diverse team of maintenance technicians across 3 shifts.Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's effectiveness in maintaining equipment for various processes.Maintenance PlanningDevelop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions across all processes.Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to avoid impacting production targets.Preventive MaintenanceEstablish and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for equipment used in galvanizing, coating, dipping, and plating.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure process reliability.Troubleshooting and RepairsRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs across all processes.Implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure the efficient operation of the plant.Safety ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for all maintenance activities.Conduct safety training and promote a culture of safety among maintenance staff to prevent accidents and injuries.
