Job Description
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Engineer/Engineering Mechanic to maintain a warehouse facility in Mississauga, ON
Pay:
$26.55-31.05/hour based on experience
Shift:
Day shifts, 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior renovations/repairs of the warehouse facility, all kinds of repairs including plumbing, welding, painting, etc
Preventative maintenance work
Accurate maintenance and replenishment of cleaning supplies
Maintain records and prepare reports as required
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance/servicing (minimum 3-5 years)
Certifications of stationary engineering mechanics
Valid drivers license
Comfortable doing manual work
Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
Strong knowledge of building maintenance
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good customer service skills
Strong negotiation skills
Driven/results-oriented
