Voor de afdeling Facility Management binnen Organon Oss zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een kandidaat voor de functie van: Maintenance Engineer Mogelijkheden voor een vast contract Welkom in ons team De Maintenance Engineer is onderdeel van Facility Management (FM). FM afdeling is een onderdeel van Facility & Engineering CoE. FM-afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van utiliteiten in de fabrieken zoals stoom, water, (pers) lucht en elektrische installaties. FM is ook verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de gezamenlijke soft services op de locatie, zoals beveiliging, catering en hospitality..De functie De Maintenance Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor de vaktechnische kaders op gebiedonderhoudstechnologieen ondersteunende onderhoudssystemen. Hij handhaaft, analyseert, adviseert en verbetert debetrouwbaarheid/beschikbaarheidvan technische systemen bij minimale life cycle costs. De adviezen zijn deels dwingend, omdat ze zijn afgeleid van vigerende wetgeving en GMP/EHS-richtlijnen. Hij verzorgt de implementatie van verbetertrajecten binnen FM en is verantwoordelijk voor utiliteiten overstijgende verbeterprojecten en activiteiten t.b.v. onderhoud technologieën Kerntaken: Samenwerking met experts om bedrijfsdoelen voor technische systemen te bepalen en onderhoudsbehoeften te plannen. Ontwikkelt kosteneffectieve onderhoudsplannen en zorgt voor betrouwbare systemen. Analyseert en optimaliseertonderhoudsactiviteitenvoor verbeterde prestaties. Leidt verbeterprojecten en bevordert efficiëntie inonderhoudsverhoudingen. Beheert objectstructuur enonderhoudsstrategieënin SAP PM. Zorgt voor naleving vanveiligheidsvoorschriftenen regelgeving in het onderhoudsplan. Samenwerking met collega's voor uniforme werkwijzen en beleidsvorming. Verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu in overeenstemming met bedrijfsbeleid. Wat breng je met je mee?
