Maintenance Engineer Where will you work: Onsite – Esterhazy, Saskatchewan (Highway 22,Esterhazy, SK S0A 0X0) We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer (I, II, III, or Senior) to provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and production at ourEsterhazy, SK K2 location . In this role you will manage the 5-year capital plan for a prescribed area, work with mechanical integrity, reliability, and capital engineers to drive safe reliable production by developing sound engineered solutions to operating problems. Direct drafting and consulting resources. What will you be working on? Direct engineering effort on submitted requests, including informal tech support for maintenance crews.Capital plan and triage submissions.Provide safety program support, risk reduction solutions, Safety Focus observations and audits, Housekeeping Audits, EHSMS.RCA, failure analysis and production support, cost savings.Construction, workflow support, supervising draftsmen.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following: Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering0-8+ years of practical engineering experience (Engineering level will be determined by the interview)Must be able to communicate ideas effectively, work collaboratively with a team and be self-motivatedPrevious work experience in a relevant industry is an assetEmployment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug, and alcohol testingMust be authorized to work in CanadaMosaic is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace and strives to achieve a representative workforce in Canada.
