We look for talented and experienced people in all aspects of Property Management, Customer Service, Development, and Construction, people who are committed to delivering the very best in the role that they play to make Medallion a forward thinking, thriving firm.This in-suite coordinator position would take care of our buildings in both London and Hamilton OntarioJob includes:Quality control –check contractors work to make sure being done properly and consistently across portfolio- follow up with them until rectifiedDetermine specifications and ensure that contractors are doing as specifiedWork on creating different “tiers” and work hand in hand with Director and Managers to determine which tier is used in each building and unit based on the potential upside in rentsReview invoicing and ensure accuracyWork on increasing contractor baseWork on rolling out software to assist with turnovers
