Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Duties:· Set up a variety of commercial machines, including soymilk makers, tofu formers, and automatic bean curd machines.· Organize machine groups according to blueprints and determine the optimal sequence of operations for manufacturing soybean products.· Conduct visual and dimensional tests after assembling machines using various measuring devices to ensure precision machining operations.· Regularly inspect machined parts and maintain the entire machine line to ensure the quality of finished products.· Identify possible issues and perform immediate maintenance tasks discovered during inspections.· Determine and select appropriate repair processes and tools to be used.· Create inspection summaries and reports for supervisors.Requirements:Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principlesExperience with programming CNC machinesKnowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsProficiency in using hand tools for machine setup and maintenanceCollege or its equivalentThree years work experience in relevant fieldsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 44 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
