Qualifications:
Completion of a recognized LPN program
Active registration with the BCCNM
Maintain Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
Passes and complies with Ministry of Justice Criminal record Check upon hire and every 5 years thereafter.
Nice to Haves:
Experience in gerontology
Familiarity with MDS education (Gold Care or Point Click Care).
Responsibilities:
Summary of responsibilities, but not limited to, include:
Monitoring residents' physical and mental well-being
Providing personalized care as needed
Supporting emergency staffing
Ensuring infection control practices are followed
Assessing and addressing residents' health needs
