This training will help you develop skills to separate you from the competition. As you become more knowledgeable, you will begin to pursue your own clients and successfully manage the movement of their freight. You will handle every aspect of your own accounts and act as the lead contact regarding their 24/7/365 transportation needs. The Logistics Account Manager role provides the opportunity to carve your financial freedom through unlimited earning potential.How Youll Do ItBuild a portfolio of clients by actively researching and seeking out prospectsDevelop long-term relationships with clients and carriers by providing them with excellent customer serviceLocate carriers for negotiated freight loadsNegotiate fair rates with both your clients and carriersAct as the liaison between the client, carrier, shipper, and receiverAccurately enter and maintain up-to-date informationProactively identify and solve issuesSales experience is NOT a requirement; we look for attitude and work ethicThe Bottom LineFull Time Permanent6-8 monthsof salariedtraining and mentoringprogram$41,600 annual salary before commissionCommissioned salesafter trainingCompetitive Benefits Plan and Employee & Family Assistance PlanWork in Office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday, plus 8 am-12 pm every other Saturday during trainingAfterhours will be required to run a successful book of business after your training is completedHow To ApplyInterested in the role or want to learn more?
