Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and creating file folders; - Prepare and generate pre-bills for monthly billing, as needed; - Draft routine correspondence and documents through transcription and copy-typing; - Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma; - 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant in a law firm; - Hands-on experience working with transactional/complex documents within the Litigation environment; - Experience using Automated Civil Litigation; - Demonstrative understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure; - Skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMS, InterAction, and ACL; - A strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure; - Familiarity working within a DMS system is an asset; - If you are already registered with Kent Legal, please get in touch with your recruitment consultant.
