Adecco is currently hiring several full-time motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients team as Light Manufacturing Associates, in our clients processing facility in Vaughan, ON. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.

  • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Pack and label products for shipping or storage.

  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Basic math skills for measuring and counting components.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to [X pounds] as needed.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime, if required.
