We are a NEW PHARMACY OPENING and are looking for a clinically minded pharmacist with over 2 years of retail community pharmacy and tele-pharmacy experience to work for a growing company. We are primarily an online-based pharmaceutical company providing tele-pharmacy, with some in-person retail services. Preference is given to the individual who excels in patient counselling and medical reviews.
Please note we do not dispense any narcotics or methadone.

We are an onsite and e-commerce pharmacy with the best reputation in the industry. Our expansion in opening a new pharmacy location has led us to search for the ideal candidate to be our pharmacist.
We are known to provide the best service, and part of that service is our mission to ensure Pharmacy Professionals are always accessible. This position primarily involves our e-commerce business via phone, email, and some retail service to the public.
This is a fast-paced working environment to ensure our number one priority is met for a quick turnaround and shipping medications. A customized software program communicates and navigates an efficient and productive day's work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pharmacy Team
Work with the Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist Assistants to complete daily responsibilities.
Dispensing Medications:
Reviewing and verifying prescriptions accurately and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Dispensing medications and providing appropriate labelling and instructions for use.
Ensuring the accuracy of medication orders and addressing customer concerns or queries.
Clinical Support and Consultation:
Providing professional advice to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, contraindications, and potential interactions.
Conducting medication therapy management and adherence counselling as needed.
E-commerce Platform Management:
Collaborating with the pharmacist assistants to optimize the online platform for pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and availability.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Adhering to all regulatory standards and guidelines related to the online sale of pharmaceuticals.
Implementing quality control measures to ensure the safe and proper storage, handling, and dispensing of medications.
Customer Service and Support:
Work with the pharmacist assistants to resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, chat, email).
Providing excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution and active state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
Proven experience as a pharmacist, preferably with experience in e-commerce or online pharmacy settings.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, drug interactions, and pharmacokinetics.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and online customer service tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
STARTING SALARY: $85,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience
