They have a job open for Licensed Electrician 442a / skilled trade journeyman/ journey person Red seal Electrician 442a . The job is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia . This is a rotating 12-hour continental shift . Electricians must be Red Seal licensed electrician -442a. A clear criminal check is required . Licensed Electrician will install and trouble shoot existing plant equipment, modify all plant machinery and facility equipment, repair and test wiring for electrical systems on machinery, trouble shoot PLC-Programmable Logic Controls, resolve production line problems and reduce down time. You will adhere to all safety rules and procedures. You will work on plant maintenance and on special projects. You will work on conveyors palletizers, sorters and other material handling equipment Licensed Electrician 442a , MUST have 2-3 years of experience in a high speed packaging manufacturing ( Food Beverage preferred) , Distribution Centre environment. Good communication skills in English are a MUST . Ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST have. A clear criminal check is required. This is a fast-paced environment .
